One touch relocated our company from one office to another, they setup our servers, user desktops & laptops as well as VOIP phone system. They have also successfully transferred and maintained our data for the past year. The team are always friendly, helpful and able to solve our issues within SLA timescales. We also receive monthly remote check ups from a technician who ensures that everything is working fine. Highly recommended

Alex and Chris were both very helpful and efficient in fixing my laptop. Firstly I heard back from them very soon after my message inquiry, then after taking it in they discussed the potential issues before taking just a few days to fix it. In the meantime Alex was good at keeping me updated of the progress throughout. I was very happy with the overall service and would certainly recommend!

Always helpful & very knowledgeable, they managed to identify the problems which slowed down my laptop quickly & sort them out. They suggest cleaning the fan and other components inside which has been collecting dust for 6 years, after showing me pictures of what it looked like and explaining why it's so important. They're really friendly guys, I dropped my laptop in the morning and collected later that afternoon all with a reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again.
