I had previously used Gadget Rehab to replace the battery in my Huawei P20 Pro phone and been totally satisfied with the result. So when my Dell XPS 15 laptop needed a new battery I had no hesitation in going back to them. I was offered the choice of a genuine Dell battery or a third party substitute and chose the Dell. Gadget Rehab got the battery within a few days and the change was made in an hour or so while I waited. I am completely satisfied with the result.

Had problems with my ipad pro 1st edition due to battery intermittently going off & on & had problems with the charging port. Battery changed & charging port replaced with new one. Also ipad mot'd and cleaned inside a brilliant service and staff very polite and friendly who explained every process of repair. Contacted Gadget Rehab due to my phone no longer charging. I paid a nominal amount for them to inspect the phone. They kept me informed all the way through the process. I was told it may be fixed by micro soldering, if not a new charging port may be required. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They fixed the problem in under 2 weeks.
I cannot praise them enough for their courtesy ability and price. I will definitely pass on their details to other mobile users with problems. Star rating 5 out of 5. Thank you Gadget Rehab.

What a great service. The perfect service. I sat in the car on my way home and I couldn't think of how I could improve it. This is a great little business that deserves to do very well. They quote you a price, email confirmation, email updates on repair status, email when it's done. I got me phone fixed in 2 hours. These guys are awesome!

Brought in a Samsung tablet with black screen. The buttons were still making a sound so I was hoping it would be an easy job. Turned out it needed a system flush which was done in less than a minute! My son is over the moon! and so am I;)

I was so impressed with the service I recently received. After almost going to a little shop in town, for a cheapo repair, I read on the High Wycombe FB site that many people have different issues after repairs.... somebody had posted Gadget Rehab as a recommendation and I looked them up. My phone was booked in easily, the site I went to was professional and I was able to have a coffee while I waited for a repair.
My phone was fixed quickly, the price was as quoted and the service was impeccable. Its also worth knowing that I have a 3month guarantee with the repair....that I would not have had from a backstreet shop in town.

I would, and already have!, recommend Daniel at Gadget Rehab. My iPhone 6 Plus screen was replaced in 30 minutes, while I waited, at an agreed time and reasonable price. Plus the repair was good. Daniel was also generally very helpful. Hope I don't need to, but if I do, would definitely go back there versus any other options either in Buckinghamshire or London.
