My laptop was not working because my hadd drive went dead, and i took my laptop to the shop and the staff told me step by step what caused the hadd drive to dead, which made sense. Within the next 48h i got a call that my laptop is fixed with a new ssd hadd drive, new windows 11, with a new battery and the staff was to kind to notice one of my usb ports that were not working and mentioned to me before fixing it.
As my final results, my laptop looked like a new one, and im so so happy. As well the shop only charged me a fair price, i reckon no one will ever get a good deal like that here around in aberdeen. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I bought a refurbished HP laptop from Jahi, had hardly been used before, and at a price greatly discounted from the RRP you'd find elsewhere. After using it for two weeks I can say it's absolutely excellent, really pleased with it. Came with Windows 11 all set to go. My PlayStation 4,b roke on me all of a sudden and was in a panic as not only do I use it for gaming, I also use it for Netflix etc, I've passed jahi laptops quite regularly and thought I'd give them a try to see if they could mend my PlayStation. Absolutely fantastic service, Really happy with the service and price, my PlayStation is now fixed and at an affordable price too, will definitely use again if I need to and will definitely be recommending them to friends/family and work colleagues!

Blown away by the fantastic service at Jahi Laptops - they had our laptop problem fixed within 8 hours. At 10am we brought in a totally dead laptop which we urgently needed either fixed or data extracted from - Jahi diagnosed the issue, sorted us out with a new high-quality laptop which we chose, and their technician loaded all of our data onto it - all by 6pm the same day! Jahi was also very friendly and took the time to talk us through the technical issue and process in detail, and phoned us with regular updates.
Price was also very good, really impressed with the expedited service. Really happy with the service from Jahi and would highly recommend. Will be using again ourselves. Thanks Jahi!

It's very good and responsive service, I was looking to repair my laptop urgently and I come across Jahi Laptop computer and mobile repair service center. Within 3 hrs my laptop turn into workable. BIG shout out for these guys. Thursday afternoon I stupidly spilled coffee on my laptop. Took it straight up to the shop (right at the bottom of Rosemount Place, near Skene Square Primary). Friday morning they phoned me with damage report, remedial action and price quote. Friday afternoon they called to say job done. Back to the shop to collect and it's all good. Sitting at home working on it again. Okay, it's not the cheapest. But, it's a professional service and quick, and that's worth the money. Highly recommend them.

A very helpful telephone conversation for a quote to fix an HDMI port on an xbox 1s, followed by a visit to the shop which was compact and I was asked to call to ensure no other customers were there when I arrived so very covid friendly. The repair took a few hours, within their suggested timescale and was reasonably priced. I would return without hesitation for any further tech repairs.

They took my faulty computer for repair however it was not worth renovating ,they did not charge for the amount of work they spent on it , I felt they were very honest and trustworthy. I decided to purchase a renovated laptop guaranteed for a year which I am very happy with. Good Company would recommend

My 2012 MacBook Pro had been dead for three years after liquid damage when I (ill-advisedly) decided to try and turn it back on. It turned on but wasn't charging and went no further than login screen. Jahi Laptops were very helpful and incredibly quick with the turn around, offering a socially distanced service. I was able to recover my lost data first and then Jahi restored the laptop and put on the most recent OS.
My laptop is now as good as new! I was very happy with the prompt and polite service and willingness to go above and beyond especially during the current climate. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in the area.

I have used Jahl on numerous occasions and have found them to for First Class. I have had issues with my Mac and Hard Drives. They managed to recover what others tried and failed. I was expecting a large invoice. However they were very cost effective and would recommend them to anyone, no matter what your initial diagnostic is free.

Had been experiencing issues with the battery and mouse pad on a mid 2010 macbook pro. Took it into the guys at Jahi to have a look and was called back within an hour with a full free diagnostic report. (Great service from the off). I have just collected the laptop back today and its as good as new, very happy. Repairs carried out at a competitive price from a great wee out fit and would certainly recommend and use again in the future!!!!

We got really friendly, quick and cost effective service here to fix our old PC which is now running brilliantly. My only regret is not having taken it in sooner! My son also bought a refurbished laptop here at the start of the school year - a much better model than what he could have afforded brand-new and he's been very happy with it. My laptop had a badly broken hard drive, and he replaced the hard drive and got all my data off it, and he did so way faster than he quoted me. very friendly helpful guy who clearly really knows his stuff. Popped into Jahi Laptops today with my iPhone which had a smashed screen. The chap was very polite, said it would be ready in an hour. Needed to have my laptop checked as it was running slow and often became unresponsive. Also, it was over-heating and fan would come on after a couple of minutes of work.
Jahi Laptops inspected my computer and suggested possible solutions. I had my data backed up, main drive replaced, cooling system fixed and system re-installed. It was a very quick service and well priced as well.
Overall, I'm very happy with the result. Laptop runs great. Jahi's repair saved me buying a brand new laptop.
