I thought i lost all my photos and documents when my laptop just turn it self off and would not come back on , after being told it was an on board video card issue that add seen it days and it was not worth repairing it, So tech guys gave me a price on a reconditioned one which included restoring all my photos and files from old laptop to new on for under £250 ... Very happy lads thanks again

You took the essential time to explain what needed to happen to rectify the technical problems i was experiencing with my laptop computer and the actual process of how best this could be resolved I found you to be patient and attentive to myself the customer, and compared with previous inadequate so-called computer repair specialists, you made sure the job was carried out effectively and efficiently and at very reasonable rates.
And also with a firm guarantee that you would undertake further unpaid return home visits if for whatever reason the necessary technical repair work later proved to be unsuccessful. I would not have any reserrvations in recommending your services to other computer owners and users - and especially those of us older members of the IT world who are often lacking the practical insight and information needed when we are looking for a reputable and trustworthy computer repair (and IT) specialist.

I gave PC Tech Guys a ring about my old laptop and they never conned me into anything, gave me free advice. I am a complete novice with anything technical so they could have sorted the old one out and told me any think and I would have believed them. I was given free advice on what type of computer/laptop would suit my needs, I asked them would they sort me one out, which was perfect for my needs. I was told they could transfer all my photos and documents ,from my old laptop this would have taken me ages, and even then I may not have done it right. Thank you all!
