I stumbled across Insomnia a couple of years ago when I needed a new PC and my usual provider let me down what a stroke of luck. Mark is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, punctual and reasonably priced, the slightest thing wrong no matter how trivial and Mark will be with you usually the next day. The bonus is that Mark comes to you so no travelling to a shop backwards and forwards. He is also a super nice guy I can't recommend him enough I would not consider using anyone else now for any IT no matter how small.

Mark did an amazing job saving our sons PC. We had written off the chip after quite a few pins bent when putting it in and resigned to having to buy another. Mark painstakingly straighten all the pins and fitted the chip and check everything was working. Such a breath of fresh air to find a genuine honest and trustworthy person. Called Mark out when i started having issues with my desktop computer he was polite and showed excellent knowledge in his field. Unfortunately my Applemac pro laptop developed cracked screen. I contacted Mark who advised myself on every issue involved. He kept myself informed and my computer was returned as good as new. Mark helped me recover data from a dying hard drive from my laptop, not only did he get all my files but supplied and fitted a new drive, transferred all my files back onto the new one and set it all back up for me. When Mark left, all I had to do is put a couple more of my programs back on and it was like it was before I started having problems. Had a problem with my laptop charger and didnt have a clue what to do to fix it - a quick facebook message and its sorted ( well temp) until i get a new battery - message was answered quickly, sorted the problem, poliete and willing to help even though there was no payment for the job! Mark is awesome, he came out to check my Computer as I had let scammers in by error and they nearly hacked my Bank Account. I was worried but Mark has sorted it all out. Where do I start? Mark has put the "Trust" back into trusted trader for me, my computer was full of viruses and mark got the computer running back to like it was brand new, all my family photos were saved and he turned it around the same day. Highly recommend, and I won't be using anybody other than Mark. Just to let everyone reading this know, I had 2 other people come out and try and fix my computer and didn't do a very good job, and I have recently found out that they weren't legit businesses (Doing it on the side).

Used Chesterfield Computer Repairs for what seams an eternity now not only have I had them custom build the systems I have (at very reasonable prices) But have had repairs done on my laptop and even had cover from them for virus and spyware removal after my on-line banking was compromised. Fast, Friendly, Reliable and knowledgeable are just a few choice words for this company If they cant sort it on site they will offer to take away and have it delivered back at a day and time that suits you.
