I spoke to a lovely lady called Sue when I had an issue with my Laptop. She knew exactly what to I needed and reassured me. She arranged for an engineer to diagnose and fix my laptop. I am very pleased with the communication from Sue, updates etc and the young man Morgan who fixed my laptop. two great assets to the business.

I spoke to a lovely lady called Sue when I booked my laptop in for a service and other bits. Absolutely fabulous, she was kind, helpful and listened without judgement. Even when i got it back and had a few queries, Sue was courteous and got an engineer to call me back on the two occasions I called. I would highly recommend simply because of this lady.

I cracked my screen on my laptop. I took it into Sam at the PC Clinic who said they could fix it and gave me a quote. Sam was helpful in the shop, very knowledgeable. The workmanship is outstanding, to look at you would not know that it had a new screen, my only criticism is the lack of communication.

I had been hacked by scammers. As an elderly gentleman I was distraught that i had been fooled. I spoke to a lovely lady called Sue when I called and after chatting to her I took my laptop in. I spoke to Sue again in the shop she was brilliant. She was not condescending or patronising, the complete opposite, understanding, compassionate, sensitive and very kind hearted. Although not much communication from the engineers, I would recommend the PC Clinic to all my family and friends because of Sue. She is an asset and a real gem.

Took my PC in as PC World had messed it up. The lady who I spoke to (Sue) was very helpful in advice and I booked it in for the engineers to look at. They managed sort out the PC completely and very quickly. I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend these guys, A* service.
