Anyone thinking of purchasing from this company would be advised to call the number given for support as there is no answer. Office Professional Plus LIFETIME Product Key Download merely provides a link to the Microsoft website so that you can download the software using a key provided but once downloaded the Product requires to be verified and when you call Microsoft the PIN / KEY provided by SoftwareRepairWorld is advised as being invalid or expired. The recovery for Windows contains a REPAIR DVD which is blank and the DriverPack Solution is rejected by Windows with an error.

My Windows 10 PC stopped booting up leaving me with a black screen. I purchased a so called repair kit which was supposed to reinstall Windows. I tried many times following the instructions in the so called manual (a sheet of A4 paper) with no success. Eventually I emailed using their 'contact us' service. I'm still waiting for a reply. I believe I was fooled by what appeared to be good reviews. I would advise against purchasing from this company.
