Called them for a diagnostic. They agreed 45 pounds. When he called me the next day he said he replaced parts and I owe him 130 pounds. I didn't ask for this to be replaced as I would have done it myself and just wanted to know if it was a battery issue. He said I cant take it back. Put me in a really bad position. Awful service never again

This business also goes by the name Alex PC repairs. They are not professional at all and they do not respond on calls after 5pm. I asked to speak to a technician, but they did not call me back at all. They had my PC for 5 days and did not even find what was wrong with it. Would not trust with any electronics to them ever.

These guys are excellent! I've taken both mine and my partner's laptop to them (mine with an apparent screen / motherboard failure and my partner's for a failed SSD) and they have successfully repaired both with expert levels of professionalism and efficiency. And all for a great price, in both instances. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I've never tried any pc repair shops in birmingham but i could say confidently that this is one of the best shops, first i brought my pc they diagnosed the probelm for me and took not even 1 pound from me, cus if they don't fix it they dont take no fees, then i brought the pc back with me and they built it fully from scratch and it started working again, very professional and friendly. Tried to arrange repair to labtop, got tod they would do a home visit on the next day but was a no show no phone call or explanation. I called to give a 2nd chance and another no show no call no explanation. I will give somebody else a go

Had an old computer in storage couldnt do much with it but when i took it to birmingham computer repairs they put the latest software on it (windows 10) and they upgraded the ram to make my computer run faster.

I had 2 high spec laptops which where in need of repair. Both units failed to power up or recharge. The 2 laptops were booked into their system and paper work/receipts produced for the jobs. The first laptop ( Acer Aspire Timeline X 5820T ) was resolved on the first visit and within 5 minutes. The second laptop ( Lenovo Yoga ) was in need of replacement internal parts which took 2 days to arrive and install.

For the Lenovoa Yoga, I was very surprised to be told that actual cost was cheaper than quoted cost. It's very rare to receive the level of service and friendly advice that I received. Both laptops work as new and I would recommend this team to all for a quick, reliable, friendly and honest service.

Do not believe their 'no fix no fee' claim. Apple Mac G4 not repaired so still unusable but still charged 48 for 'diagnostics', i.e. no doubt trying the procedures I had already tried. I do not believe they have much expertise or specialist equipment for diagnostics. A complete waste of time and money.

Speedy repairing but was told that the 150.00 paid was for removing viruses and payment for one year's help. When I asked for additional help I was told that I would have to pay more money when they come.

Great service thanks, brough in my pc that wasnt booting. They managed to recover all my data and brought the pc back to life!
