We have used PC ResQ for some years for all our PC and iPad support. They have helped us with replacement PCs, repairs, upgrades, printers and, critically, back-ups of all our music, photo, document and downloaded data. Lovely to deal with, fair-pricing, and know how to help users who haven`t got the more technical knowledge. They sometimes help us remotely (they can send you a link) as well which can be very efficient for smaller issues. Sensitive to social distancing issues as well. Recommended highly. 5* service.

I‘m hugely grateful to PC ResQ for the work they did remotely on my pc during “lockdown”. They were able to install software to resolve a problem with Outlook Mail, partially re-organised my folder system and advised on how I could make manual adjustments to my Dell screen. I highly recommend their service, and especially via remote access during this period of confinement due to Covid-19.

My computer setup was causing me a great deal of stress as I wasn’t able to get my contacts, calendar and emails synced with my laptop, iPad and iPhone. This was severely impacting the productivity with my new business. I came across PC ResQ on a local Google search and found them to be a credible outfit and just what I needed. I was having problems getting my phone, laptop and iPad to talk to one another so that all my calendar items and contacts were the same on all three. I called PC ResQ and Hefin came to sort it all out for me. The result was to shift my stuff across to Office 365 for a small monthly subscription. All working well now. Thank you.

Hefin was recommended to me on the basis that as well as providing a professional and efficient service, he is very user-friendly as an adviser, and talks in terms that non-specialists can understand. He set up my new iMac and back-up, transferred data from my old MacBook, sorted out the co-ordination between email programmes on my iMac, iPhone and iPad, and solved several problems with keeping files from my elderly Entourage email programme so that they could still be accessed.
He was also willing after the visit to answer follow-up questions via email as I adapted to the new system. He’s a reassuring technical adviser, because he is very good at explaining what he's doing and why, and doesn’t make you feel a digital idiot (even if you suspect you actually are) and therefore inspires greater confidence in using the computer in future. I am happy to recommend his service.

I needed help in speeding up my ever so slow Mac and to free up some disk space. I had a visit from Hefin at PC ResQ and after an initial check of the computer, he advised that I replace the drive inside my machine with a Solid State Drive. It's now running at least five times the speed! I'm ever so grateful knowing that this machine will be fine now for a few more years. Thank you.

Great customer service. I've been using PC ResQ since 2004, and they have provided nothing but prompt and reliable service whether the problem be large or small. They don't try to baffle you with science and give clear (layman's) instructions if the problem can be dealt with over the telephone.
