Excellent service, great communication, reasonable price. I tried to repair my son's laptop with a problem with the monitor and power supply. Through several calls and photo materials, I was able to accurately understand what the problem was, and he also provided clear grounds for replacement and service costs. PC paramedics absolutely fantastic. My sons laptop completely died ready for the trash until I phoned Mark who assured me he could sort it and as promised brought it back to life and at a very reasonable price. My daughter's laptop started to sound like Concorde taking off. Mark collected it and brought it back. At every stage he kept us informed. He upgraded the software and cleaned everything. The laptop is now better than new. The fee was extremely affordable. Mark was polite, friendly and professional. In summary, the service was simply superb. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Attempted to build a gaming PC on my own and realised I lacked the knowledge and confidence to do so. After a quick phone call with Mark he told me not to worry and to leave it with him. Two days later the PC was built to a flawless standard and at a very reasonable price! I'd highly recommend going to PC Paramedics if you're having any trouble regarding your PC, Mark and the team will literally bend over backwards to ensure they give you the best product/service money can buy!

I have had 2 items repaired from PC Paramedics, a desktop and a high end laptop. Both items were repaired very quickly at good prices.
Desktop was subject to a power surge, and laptop needed a screen replacing. Very quick to respond back and very friendly, even if your questions may seem basic. Definitely a 5* review, and will be back if I encounter any further mishaps with my computers.

Excellent service, very, very competitive prices Had an issue with my PC displaying images to dual monitors. Took it down as he is only around the corner ( to save time ), explained exactly what was wrong with it. I won't got into technical details, but basically a few hours later, he delivered it back to me, and explained what the issues were and what he had done to rectify them. Connected everything up and demonstrated that everything was fine. Spot on service and would definitely recommend.

August 2017 Really impressed with speed of service, competitive pricing and advice and support. Mark came the day I rang (Monday) and fixed a problem on my old desktop system. I spoke with him that day about a new system and had that installed by the end of Wednesday. I would recommend this company for any IT queries/services. They will be my first port of call in the future and I have recommended to friends and family.

Mark gave an excellent remote service and within hours had resolved the storage problem and the system is now backed up. Mark and his team have always been polite, courteous helpful and fast to respond. They have set us up with servers, VPN's for secure remote working, migrated us to Office 365 mail and hosted our website. Mark has provided us some really useful advice on ways to get the most from our IT and making sure it supports the business. Mark also looks after my at home IT and never complains.

Had problems installing wireless connection. Contacted Mark and he came out the same day, (which was a surprise as I was thinking it would be a long wait). Had to commend these guys on getting rid of a very good scam, apparently i was in trouble with the police for downloading etc and was unable to use my machine unless i paid 100 pounds. After speaking with Pc Paramedics on the phone they reassured me it was a hoax message, a very good one may i add. Anyway they came out and fixed my pc up better than new. Many thanks
