Really happy with the service I received from Fareham Computer Repair. I wasn't sure if it would be cost effective to repair my laptop but they were able to run diagnostics, identify the problem and give me a repair cost within 24 hours. A further 24 hours later, my laptop was repaired, new drive fitted and the data extracted from the broken hard-drive and installed onto the new one ready to go. The final cost was exactly as quoted. A query afterwards was very quickly and satisfactorily responded to via email. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rob to others.

I was very pleased with the service that I received when I took my computer in about it had received a dousing from an unexpected rain storm. Top service. My laptop had the hard drive corrupted, phoned around a few computer places like Novatech and so on. The feedback and prices they gave me was not clear and felt misleading with words price starting from, and this doesn't include bla bla bla. With Rob he gave me a clear price and explained how he will do the work, different options of Hard drives after asking about my laptop and what its being used for.
I felt that this is someone who does want to help and give a true customer service to help me and not just to take my money for the repair. Rob also offered to do a full diagnostics test as standard and give a 2 year warranty on the new hard drive. I don't feel that anyone could beat that service. I will truly recommend anyone to contact Rob first or last, you wont be disappointed.
