We can not recommend geekingITsimple enough, they always come out to us to fix any problems that we have, usually within a couple of hours! Very professional team who are only ever a call away! Great company who have looked after us for over 2 years now.

Details on this site/page state help to HOME users. This is now incorrect - they do not offer support to *RESIDENTIAL* users... nor do they feel able to recommend any other LOCAL computer repair service. I wasted my time in contacting them for assistance when I could have contacted others. Have informed them they should update their information as that stated here (as from before 13th Nov. 2020) is misleading.

I have to leave this excellent review as a way of saying thank you for all that Frometech done for me yesterday. I spent all morning writing a document in word, around 20 pages when the machine crashed! Word could not recover the work and I was in tears. Ok so I didn't get my iPad fixed but there's a crack by the home button leading of into different places it's mainly only cracked at bottom but there's one line through the middle how much will it cost

Fantastic service and extremely competant at their work. I asked for a full transfer of my data from a windows laptop to a mac laptop. Problem was that my old laptop was no longer working but had all my photos and music etc. No problem at all for Frometech, they took out the hard drives and powered them and were able to transfer direct to the mac.

I had 300gb+ and it was done the same day. And not only that but they had copied the music into the right place and opened up iTunes and loaded all the albums. I picked up a laptop with all my old data restored and ready to transfer to my other apple devices. And all this for a very reasonable fee indeed. And not only that, they offered to ethically and securely dispose of my old laptop for no extra cost, plus threw in some free advice about technical questions I couldn't easily have answered on my own. I really can not rate them too highly - thanks again guys, very much appreciate what you did. Great to have such a helpful business in Frome.

It's so difficult to balance the desire to support local businesses and still receive the highest quality products and service. However, I recently discovered a local technical repair company that gave me the best of both worlds. I called Frometech because I had blown the graphics card on my home computer. Not only was the work completed within 24 hours, they also picked up the machine AND returned it after the work was complete.

After a brief conversation with me about my computing needs, they had found a perfect replacement for my old graphics card - and the entire bill (including the graphics card!) was under 100 quid. As if that wasn't phenomenal enough, the talented young man who worked on my machine was kind, understanding and really willing to listen to what I wanted.

That kind of high quality customer service seems so difficult to find these days in combination with excellent technical service. But it's right here and I am now a devoted customer of Frometech!

I was given a windows 10 laptop from my son about 6 months ago. I was so scared of it I left it in its box for 6 months before deciding I must get to grips with it. I was talking with my friends in Frome about it and they recommended frometech as they use them when their ipad goes wrong. I phoned up and booked in a training session with one of their technicians.

I forget his name now but he was brilliant, all of the questions I almost felt to embarrassed to ask were answered in a way I can understand. My confidence is growing with windows 10, but I'm now wiz on the internet!
