I received very good service from Frimley Computing. My laptop had ceased functioning and in seeking an answer to the problem affecting my machine, I contacted Frimley Computing. The issues affecting my laptop were quickly and accurately diagnosed and a recommended fix put forward. I agreed to the repair work that was being proposed and it was undertaken in a prompt and business like way.

A day or so later my laptop was returned to my home and I was given a comprehensive run-through of what had been done and the impact the remedial measures would have on the performance of my laptop. The briefing I was given was a useful addition to the work done, and I am now enjoying the benefits of a fully functioning machine which looks capable of meeting my needs for some years to come. If, however I run into any problems over the longer term, I will certainly seek Frimley Computing's advice on a way forward.

Very prompt and efficient service, resolving my problem quickly. And it's good to know that expert help is only a phone call away.
