All our systems have been tested, repaired and thoroughly cleaned of data. All systems are supplied with Windows licence and are guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days.

I had a water damaged laptop which I took here to get repaired. I was pleased with the repair however I was charged an additional 30 when i came to collect the laptop and I was told this was for the "cleaning service ". I wasn't told about this charge and i never requested this service. Even though I was pleased with the repair, I was disappointed with the customer service I received and I do feel it was wrong for them to charge me an additional 30 without asking me first.

Highly recommended. Wouldn't go anywhere else.My gaming PC was running slow and struggling with modern day gaming after getting advice on what would be best a new graphics card was fitted, the ram doubled to 16GB and the fan speed altered all done in less than 24 hours and the PC is now running better than ever with 60FPS a breeze on gaming

Laptop refused to bootup on Monday morning, stuck in a constant boot cycle. Bit of a panic, so strolled down here on the basis of other reviews. Very helpful staff, left it there and then, and got a phone call 24hrs later to come and pick it up. I don't know what constitutes good value with these things but this laptop is indispensible. They managed to get in to it, update the BIOS, clean out some malware and it is now running quicker than ever, all for £70, which I thought was pretty decent.Excellent service, highly recommended. Thanks!

Just received my laptop back after it unexpectedly died on me, after a quick Google Search for computer repair in the local area I found performance computers. From the initial phone call & visit I was very happy with the service. I'd to leave the computer with them to diagnose the full issue "no worries" deposit required for such (of which is deducted from final bill) After a delayed period of time (I've been busy so couldn't call by) I've collected the laptop paid the bill (very reasonable) & Ive my laptop back working as it should be Very happy & would recommend to anyone who needs PC repairs.

Hi, my very old computer died! I was worried about finding a replacement as I am not up to speed with todays computers. I went to Currys and was overwelmed by the number of computers and walked out after 10 minutes. Then I remembered Performance Computers who looked after the computers of my employers some years ago. Made a list of my needs and paid a visit.
I cannot recommend highly enough the service I received. Both Kevin and Leonard listened to what my needs are and made the experience great. They are a credit to their employer. They even came to my home and set everything up! I have since been back for some help and again first rate service and patient! Will recommend without hesitation.

Free advice over the phone and a new customer because of it
Called today with a security issue and potential breech of an email account. Staff took my call and advised on how to deal with it. This advice was free of charge and it sorted out my problem without going in or making a payment. You don't get that a lot these days so next time I need anything to do with computers Performance Computers will be my first port of call, thank you

I rang the shop with a problem late one afternoon, and was attended before 9.30 am the following morning, by gentleman who was, frankly, beyond competent. Based on my experience, I would unhesitatingly recommend this shop, and am immensely relieved that it is in my area. If it were possible, I would give ten stars to mark my satisfaction. Outstanding service - one of the computers in my business crashed and would not restart. It contained real-time data that had been produced from the internet and would be lost if the hard drive was over-written. The recovery of the machine was urgent, because the data was time-limited. Performance Computers carried out the repair in a prompt and thoroughly professional manner, restarting the machine with the original operating system and without data loss.
All in all, a very satisfactory result and for only 50, a very reasonably-priced one as well! I can thoroughly recommend Performance Computers and will be using their services again.
