Services
Established in 2012, Clean Bytes is based in Belper, Derbyshire and provides a wide range of desktop PC and Laptop repair services. Our mission is to offer a friendly yet professional, affordable service to all of our customers. We have gained a fantastic customer base since opening in 2012 along with lots of positive feedback.
Lesley has past experience working for companies such as Acer, BBC, Virgin Media and EDF Energy. After spending several years repairing PCs and Laptops as a hobby, Lesley decided to transform this hobby into a business - and thus, Clean Bytes was born. Located in Belper, Derbyshire, we provide Computer support primarily to home users, self-employed persons and some small businesses.
Below you'll see prices for the more popular services we offer, although if there is a service you require which is not listed here, please get in touch - we may be able to help! Please note: we do not carry out any repair work on mobile phones, tablets or Apple devices. Prices may vary depending on the severity of the infection but this will be discussed with you beforehand.
Here at Clean Bytes we know how important it is to you that your PC or Laptop works to its full potential. This is why we offer a full Computer Health Check - to ensure your system is running at optimal performance. Just like a car, your computer needs regular checks to make sure it's safe, secure and operates smoothly.
Damage to your laptop's display? We know it happens. Whether it's been dropped, accidentally closed too hard or fallen victim to the kids or pets. We have replaced hundreds of LCD / LED displays and understand how important it is that our customers aren't without their laptops for too long. This why we ensure that as soon as the part is received, we aim to have the laptop ready for collection the same day. Our Laptop Screen Replacement service costs 30.00. This is a fixed fee for ALL labour involved and any replacement parts will be charged separately.

We bought a refurbished laptop from eBay and it was making a very loud buzzing noise. Rather than sending it back we thought we'd get it repaired. Lesley quickly diagnosed the issue and kept us up to date with how the repair was going throughout. It's great to know that a friendly, quick service is just around the corner from us if ever we have anymore computer troubles.
