I'm pretty good with computers but I was absolutely stumped. I had bought a fast gaming PC online and received and it was not booting up to the screen/tv/monitor. Tell tail signs were not applicable on the motherboard I had gaming motherboard with no led light or sound notification. There for I had no idea what the issue was, if the computer was getting into windows, some fans came on some did not.
I tried everything from a complete removal and test of the power, both graphics cards, memory. This was two days before Christmas and I listed an ad which Gavin replied to almost instantly offering a free no fix check which was perfect as later offers from companies were quoting prices such as £35+VAT analysis before any potential fix or hardware cost.
I took the computer in next on *Christmas eve* and it took them under 2 hours to test everything and get the computer working at a very reasonable cost of £30. So I highly recommend on quickness, turn around, cost and availability.
Luckily no hardware fault but all was explained what the issue was and believe me it was something I would never had checked and most likely returned at cost. Very pleased with the service and outcome.
