I brought them a very old computer that would not start up, period. It had very valuable info on it and I was distressed that my beloved computer may not be repairable. But they fixed and got the machine back up to snuff-all in a period of about three days. I highly recommend them!

Maximum $ 120 per hour. No matter how long the job takes. Screen replacement on a laptop. Takes 5 min. With mobile pc doctor you pay the maximum hourly rate of $ 120. Insane ripoff

The guy was scheduled to come between 11 and noon and showed up at 1. No apology. Basically, despite what I had communicated to the scheduler over the phone(transfer files from my old computer to my new computer and set up a streaming to my tv - none of which he did), I paid $120 for him to set up my laptop - a waste. I will not call them again.
