Superb service. Contacted through website on Saturday morning and Darren was round to assess the problem the same afternoon. Unfortunately a hardware issue so had to be taken away for repair but had it back, fully functional before lunchtime on Monday. Price seemed reasonable too. Details straight into contacts for any future PC mishaps.

Darren made my ten year old iMac have a new lease on life by upgrading the hard drive. What a huge difference! AND he created an external hard drive using the old drive so I have a great backup system as well. I didn't ask him to do that - he just gifted it to me! Excellent service, Darren was a pleasure to deal with, pick up and drop off service and very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Darren to work on any computer issue. Darren was quick to respond to the issues I was experiencing and worked tirelessly to resolve, even though he couldn't be sure it was possible as the issue with my MacBook was something he had never seen - that all data had totally disappeared. Undeterred, he continued to try to recover data and kept in touch with me to update me of progress, and although all files had lost their names and folders, lots of data was recovered. A professional, excellent and friendly service, I would recommend Darren to anyone for Apple technical support.

Darren sourced an identical Apple laptop to the one my daughter tipped a bucket of coffee on (there was no hope for the laptop!). Pleased to say he saved the data and a years worth of study notes. Picked up my laptop and returned it to me shortly afterwards.
Darren cleaned the inside of the laptop for me too and as a result the sound is now so much better. I thought it was just terrible speakers but it turns out that there was so much dust and dirt which was the cause for my really low volume. Would definitely be using PC Repair Swansea again. Very good price and friendly too.
