Phoned up Lucky 7 Computer Solutions on a late Friday night as I had important work stuff to be done by sat, the computer crashed and went dead.
Scot arrived within the hour could see I was distressed. Calmed me down and got on with fixing the computer, after a few hours the computer was fixed and thankfully nothing lost also give me a lesson on how to back up my import stuff from now on.
