We have fixed prices for most of out services, we repair and upgrade all makes of PCs and laptops including motherboard repairs. We replace laptop screens, configure new computers, provide health checks and remove virus's and spyware.
If we are unable to fix the problem our customers are not charged.

I do not write reviews lightly but there are not enough "stars" to cover my experience with this company. I chose this company because it is local to me with a full address and a land line number- nothing else as I have no experience whatsoever in what constitutes a "good/reliable" PC Support service. Now I know !! I purchased a new, Windows 8 laptop to replace my faithful old pre 2008 XP laptop with absolutely no idea of how to transfer anything from one to the other.
Not only was a home visit arranged, where a problem was identified that took an age to sort out (thank you Currys !!), but I was given a really good, easy to understand, tutorial. Despite the length of time it took to resolve the problem the quoted cost remained the same - what VFM !! I have now had to contact the Company again because I did something (goodness knows what) with my emails and had a problem with my printer low and behold, one phone call, 10 minutes "remote access" and hey presto sorted. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - great for technophobes like me and, I'm sure, anyone else with a computer glitchy problem.
