I contacted Luke on Tuesday about problems with my laptop, dropped it off on Wednesday. He said it wold take about three days. I picked it up on the Friday, all fixed. Excellent service at a really good price that got me back writing much sooner and cheaper than I'd expected. Highly recommended.
