Bluecom provides a comprehensive mobile service to client properties - home/onsite. Most business users require this service and we have included such a service to domestic users.

Desktop or Laptop repairs in most cases are resolved on site, but if workshop facilities are required the machine will be taken for repair and returned to customer for demonstration. This is a fully inclusive service we provide.

Virus removal / Malicious Software Removal is predominantly becoming a growing problem for users and Bluecom spend a lot of time resolving such issues.

Hardware failures can be catastrophic to clients if the hard drive fails. If it is failing the data can in most cases be retrieved. This is not always successful - so Backup!!

I cannot thank John enough for his professionalism and expertise when repairing my PC. I thought I would have to buy a new machine, as a recent update left my machine dead in the water with no response on BIOS, USB, or DVD Drive. John not only fixed it, but cleaned all dust and dirt and got rid of corrupted files and malware as well. Very professional, with an invoice sent the following day.

With so many "cowboys" out there proclaiming to offer this level of service but falling short, it is good to find someone who genuinely knows what they are doing. Very highly recommended and would most definitely use again! Ian

John was very helpful, pleasant and courteous. He explained everything in a language I could understand. I have used Bluecom before as problems are dealt with promptly and he either works on site or, to minimise business disruption, he has taken a computer away and returned it fully functioning as soon and the repairs are done. His prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend him.
