Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.30 including Bank Holidays. However, we are happy to provide a service to our customers outside of these hours and prices will reflect this.

I had an unusual issue with my Microsoft Surface - a silica gel bead stuck into the audio socket! One phone call later - solution discussed -surface good as new having only lost access for two hours - and returned in far cleaner condition than when collected and at an incredibly competitive fee. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Feeling really bogged down and not getting anywhere fast. Problems with installing programme. Extremely helpful and took all the stress away. Sorted out the problem installed the programme talked me through some other issues and I am up and running. Will use again and recommend to all my friends. Many thanks for all your help. Pauline D

Everything was amazing - I have visited and done business with a variety of pc related shops, ranging from pc fixing or general chat/advice, refurbishment and maintenance around Liverpool and Wirral but I honestly believe Pulse IT is the best, from advice, friendliness, professionalism and to getting the job done to an extremely high quality. I could not recommend this place enough, they are definitely my go to. Keep up the good work

Shaun takes the threat of covid very seriously and goes the extra mile to keep customers safe which is very important to me as I'm shielding vulnerable adults. The service provided was absolutely brilliant and communication was top class. It takes time, consideration and effort to provide this level of customer care and I rate this company as 'Outstanding.' Fantastic service from Shaun at Pulse IT.helped us with recovery of data and laptop repair following complete hard drive failure over a weekend. My daughter is a 3rd year vet Student with a laptop who not backed up for 1 month so risk of loss of loads of files/folders. Delivered laptop to Shaun at 5 pm on a Saturday and it was returned Sunday 8pm with new hard drive and all files and folders retrieved.
Know this was a challenging job but he gave it his all over 24 hours for us. Exceptional service from Shaun - so caring to us with outstanding personal service appreciating the student stress with risk of loss of work. Can't recommend Pulse IT enough. Thank you so much Shaun.

I telephoned Sean Phillips and explained I had a problem with my printer after trying in vain to get Online Help from HP Support (I Wasted 15 minutes trying to speak to someone). Sean very kindly telephoned me back and patiently guided me through the successful repair of my printer with such help and kindness. No money was requested and he had so much time to help a Printer Phobic (like me) to help me get on with my work. Thank you Sean and I will definitely use your company in the future.

I don't usually write reviews but this company deserves it. I was on business staying at a local hotel and my windows 7 crashed. I called them at 6pm and they sent a guy to my hotel within half an hour. It took him just over an hour to get it going again and only charged me £30. We don't get that in Birmingham! If it wasn't fixed that night I would have missed my meeting and could have cost my company a lot of money and respect.
