Amazing service! They rescued my pc after a certain computer store in Desbrough installed a used HD with less capacity, which then started to fail! personally think that they did the impossible by cloning my failing HD to SSD, so now there is no need to re install my software and documents! Only took two days and I must say that they were super professional too.

After my son dropped my HP Spectre laptop I found myself in PC World as it was not charging. I was faced with a minimum 2 weeks without my laptop. I phoned Simon at Owl Tech in desperation. 3 hours later after he had checked all the components and reassembled the laptop it was handed back to me fixed. This saved me at least two weeks in time and even saved me money over the basic fee for a check up and data back up charged by PC World. No criticism of the service offered by PC World but definitely a huge recommendation for Owl Tech!

Chose Simon's company off the web as liked the name (!) and loved the reviews. Simon responded to my request for help to resurrect what I thought was a completely "dead" PC. He was prompt, courteous and very efficient. It took no time at all to fix the problem and run a diagnostic check. My PC is now running smoother than before and I am delighted. My new printer had a mass of paper trapped in the paper entry slot, and I could not shift it. Mr Simon Brereton respond quickly to my call for help. He was kind and patient and quickly managed to disengage the paper. I would not hesitate to call him in the future should I have problems with my computer and would recommend him highly to anyone needing such support.

Simon came to fix my old chugger of a computer, he came out same day and charged a fair price for the work, its great to find an honest, straight forward computer guy, the problem was pretty simple at the end of the day and Simon said it like it was, its good to know i've found him for any future work I or my friends need.

I called Simon to see if he would come and help with several computer problems. He arrived very punctually the next morning, got straight to work and sorted everything out vey quickly and efficiently. I needed to change my email address, Simon working patiently over four devices to achieve this. Simon Brereton at Owl Technical Services is a first class engineer providing a first class service. On two recent occasions Simon was able to rectify defects in two laptops for me. One defect required a repair to a disintegrating laptop case. Not easy and requiring considerable dismantling of the laptop. The second repair rectified a long term problem with slow start up and operation. I will not hesitate to use Simon again should further PC or IT problems arise.

I was completely at the end of my tether. My outgoing email failed for no apparent reason, and BT technical support actually hung up on me four times as they couldn't provide a solution. Simon accessed my Mac remotely, and had the problem sorted within half an hour. He was helpful, patient and very understanding. I would recommend him to anybody with a computer problem.
