1st Direct have been looking after our business since around 2000 which itself says a lot. Knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and always try to find the most cost-effective answer. Where many providers would insist on selling new units these guys repair what we have, and do so very well. Almost every week I get another hopeful provider call me looking for our business and they all get the same "go away, we're happy where we are" response. Highly recommended!

I've never had a problem when having them repair my pc, but then I bought a refurbished Windows 7 cpu from them. The cpu casing was shoddy, to say the least. If you try to unplug something from one of the USB ports on the front, the entire front pops out of place. I won't be buying from them again.

1st Direct have looked after me and my computers for years now, generally upgrading bit by bit rather than a complete rebuild. The latest work was an upgrade from XP to Win 7; they made it as painless as it could be. Very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Just got back home with my laptop, took it in yesturday as it wouldnt work. bought it from them a while ago, got an update yesturday afternoon, and if I hadn't gone into town they would have rung to tell me the good news, all fixed. Thank you guys!
