My laptop was broken for ages, when you switched it on the screen was blank. I gave it to all my IT geek friends and no one could work out what was wrong with it. I took it into one touch and they fixed it and sorted it out immediately. The whole process was stress free! I wouldn’t hesitate to use one touch services again.

Alex and Chris were both very helpful and efficient in fixing my laptop. Firstly I heard back from them very soon after my message enquiry, then after taking it in they discussed the potential issues before taking just a few days to fix it. In the meantime Alex was good at keeping me updated of the progress throughout. I was very happy with the overall service and would certainly recommend!

Came to one touch services when my laptop's hard drive decided to fail. Alex was really helpful and explained everything that was wrong and that needed doing. A really quick service as got my laptop back the next day with a better and faster hard drive and a really good and reasonable price too. Really happy with my laptop which is basically good as new! Always helpful & very knowledgeable, they managed to identify the problems which slowed down my laptop quickly & sort them out. They suggest cleaning the fan and other components inside which has been collecting dust for 6 years, after showing me pictures of what it looked like and explaining why it's so important. They're really friendly guys, I dropped my laptop in the morning and collected later that afternoon all with a reasonable price. I'll definitely use them again.
