General Geek (aka Chris) was very efficient and professional in his approach to setting up my new home computer. He copied across all of my data and files and made emergency back ups of all of the important stuff!! This backing up was not requested but very gratefully received. He is not scared to put in the hours and willingly works late and over the weekends. A very friendly and trustworthy individual! Highly recommended.
