Absolutely brilliant. Honestly friendly advice. My high spec laptop wasn't turning on, after 5 years I assumed that was time to replace it. They ran free checks and managed to find a faulty part in the charging port. Fixed for under 100 saving me 100s on a new laptop. They checked all the ram and operations and said it was good for a few more years. Better yet they managed to squeeze me in during the day so it was repaired within 4 hrs. Lovely team and brilliant service, I would thoroughly reccomend them.

Very friendly, helpful service. More importantly, very quick diagnostics and repair. Not exactly cheap, but does the job well.

Thibault and his team are absolutely fantastic at their job - excellent service, amazing knowledge and clearly experienced with all sorts of tech issues. Customer service was fantastic and they showed a lot of understanding since I am not so literate in technical issues with my laptop and icloud. He kept in constant touch and I was always informed.

They did a great job diagnosing and repairing my son's PC. The CPU was overheating and they fixed it within 24 hours. They even followed up on a small item afterward to make sure we were 100% happy. Great service!

If you have an issue with your pc, this is the place to go! My story is that I forgot to turn off my compter before leaving for holidays. When I came back 4 weeks later, my computer was blocked. I tried to restart the computer several time but Windos was not starting. I went to a place close to home where I usually bring my smartphone and they told me first that the issue was fixed and then suggested me to update Windows and to insert a new hard disk.

At the end they told me that they ried to install the new hard disk but it wasn't accepted by my system. So I was advised to contact the manufacturor. All this lasted 1 week. I was desperate and made a research online to see if I could show my computer and hae another point of view. I found PC repair man, got to the store. I arrived minutes before the closure.

I had no appointment. They let me in and listened to the issue. I let them the computer. Less than hour later I received a call from them with the issue and their advice to fix the issue. The issue was more complex as it was coming from a ssd drive. They advised me to replace my hard disks with a single one ssd. Of course it was more expensive but it would have fixed the computer.

I agreed and the next day, before noon, I received a call informing that my computer was ready. They had also cleaned it inside for free! My computer is now working as new and is suoer quick. I highly recommand PC Repair Man. They are nice, professional and super efficient.

Really great service, recommended which parts were worth spending more on and which parts weren't worth spending the extra on. Will definitely use them again if I need to upgrade my pc again (although this is currently unlikely as I made sure it was relatively future proofed).

Put simply, PC Repair Man is a first class choice for ANYONE! Having previously built my own PCs, bought expensive systems for business and personal use, and 'enjoyed' the inevitable headaches of PC ownership (something will go wrong one day!), I cannot recommend PC Repair Man highly enough. (Or to put it another way: why oh why did I try to do things myself when these guys were ready and waiting to solve all my PC issues!) The team at PC Repair Man are professional, friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable in all things "PC". My updated system runs like a dream and from now on I will ALWAYS use PC Repair Man. And their customer service? Well, that too was first class! Five stars in all areas!

I could not be more grateful to the lovely staff in this shop. The two I dealt with were both extremely professional and polite. I explained the issue over the phone and was told that, whilst unlikely they'd be able to fix it, I could make an appointment for them to check it out. When I went in, they looked at the laptop and gave me a very thorough explanation of why it wouldn't be worth attempting to fix it.

Yet I didn't have to pay a penny! It was so kind of them as another shop closer to me was going to charge 100 just to look at it! I can now buy a new laptop without worrying it's a waste of money. I really am incredibly thankful and couldn't recommend the shop more highly for their fantastic customer service :

Very nice female staff, male who called me about my computer seemed to just want to sell me data collection and couldn't explain my choices clearly. Obviously they have so much business they can't be bothered to take the time with people who aren't computer literate. In the end I was told ' well if you have only got 60 to spend, just come back and collect your computer'. I went somewhere else and they told me It was worth fixing my computer and I could get new hardrive with my data moved on to it for under 100.

Popped along with my dead laptop earlier today, it was beyond repair but Tibor took a look at it and did some tests and diagnosis that was really helpful. Great service, highly recommended

Visited based on reviews. Needed data recovery on a micro-SD card and a fix on a PC after a Boot Recovery error appeared. Once booked in and at the appointment, received info on the options available and was advised of the next steps. Work was done quickly and I was very happy with everything. They even threw in some free RAM for the PC as it's old and needed some help! Thoroughly recommend and I'll definitely use them again should I need to.

Great communications. Really professional staff, willing to help and advise. Will not do unnecessary work, and give an honest assessment. Work performed (upgrading an underperforming laptop) was timely, and of great quality. Significantly boosted speed (HDD to SDD upgrade and a windows 10 install) and performance of my device. Would use again in a heartbeat.

Brought my pc in for an HDD to SDD upgrade, very helpful over the phone, brought it in and got it back on the same day. Computer much faster now - very happy with the service.

Can't rate these guys highly enough. Our laptop was running really slowly and eventually pretty much died on us. Thibault took the time to explain clearly what had happened, what our different options were and talked us through the benefits and cost of each. We also received excellent communication and follow up from Rosie. We now have a 5 year old laptop which runs as fast as a brand new one. They also cleaned it for us so it even looks brand new! Highly highly recommend and would definitely use again. Thank you so much!

Thibault and his team were extremely professional and had my laptop fixed with a new screen within 24hrs. I am not very good with computers, but Thibault took the tine to explain everything to me and now my laptop is working perfectly. From start to finish the team were very considerate and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My very grateful thanks go to Thibault for all his sterling work in upgrading and rebuilding my pc. Collected before close of business yesterday and fully up, running and operational today. When my laptop stopped working i dreaded how long it would take to get fixed.... and how much it would cost! It took less than a minute for the guy to identfy what whas wrong, and less than 5 minutes for him to fix it! The cost was virtually nothing. Honest expert help available here. Don't go anywhere else!

The problem with my laptop was quickly identified and the repair done speedily and for a very reasonable price. He even managed to save all my data. I would definitely go back and would happily recommend him to anyone with computer problems.

I took my macair to Thibault, who gave a thorough explanation of what he thought the problem was. He was honest in saying he wasn't too sure if all the problems could be resolved with it, as it's age may be against him being able to install the newest operating system. Just ordered a custom built gaming rig. Louis kept in touch at every stage, making sure it was to my exact specifications. He made suggestions but did not insist. Great price and built rapidly as well. For once it was “Quick, Good, Cheap. Pick all 3”! Will certainly use again.

I recently went to PC Repair man on Leith Walk, Ednburgh and dealt with Louis. I thought the service he gave was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and even though there were problems with the laptop he was fixing for me he went out of his way to sort it all out and even lent me a laptop whilst he did so. 10 out of 10 for customer service and helpfulness. This place is fantastic. I broke my laptop about two years ago and never switched in on once. I thought I would have to bin it. They fixed it it no time and and kept me up to date and did all the work for a really good price. I won't go anywhere else now. Really nice guy too. Thank you so so so much.

When my PC stopped working and the manufacturer wasn't able to deal with the underlying issue, I went to PC Repair Man and dealt with the lovely and patient Louis. He was absolutely amazing - carefully listened to my description of the issues, explained what he would be doing, and gave me frequent updates on the progress and potential costs. Even when the fixed PC still refused to start once back in my flat, he came out at 9pm in the evening to take another look and figure things out!

Cannot recommend him highly enough.
