We have used Alan from 21st Century for several years, repairing our computers & macs for us, including bespoke CNC computers, the most efficient computer services we have ever used. Just yesterday we needed a new specific laptop by the following morning, configured with all our email, office, cloud data installed and setup, it was 3pm, we asked Alan to deal with it.
What amazing service, we collected it from him at 8am the following morning, he found what we needed, did all the running around, worked on it all evening. 10 stars not 5. Definitely recommend Alan.

Alan from 21st Century Business Machines was very helpful indeed when I needed urgent technical assistance for my computer. Most importantly he responded immediately to my call on Saturday morning and then worked over the weekend so that I was able to collect my laptop on Monday with the minimal of 'downtime' and inconvenience. The service was professional and reassuring - Alan provided me with clear explanations of the problems and his proposed solutions at every stage of the process as well as useful advice for the future.

I am so grateful to Alan for recovering the pictures of my friends baby from my friends broken computer, other local companies said it was not possible but Alan unbelievably 2 years after the hard drive originally broke managed to get all the pictures back for my friend, she was so grateful since the pictures were of my friends baby who had sadly past away.
