I cannot recommend this company more highly. I have used them twice; once to install a new motherboard and to SLI my graphics cards and then today to fix an issue with the drivers and settings for my TV monitor. Super fast and easy!

My PC was running so slowly that it had practically stopped. Harvey identified a virus/corruption that was affecting several operations at various levels. This required a complete clearance and reload of systems and programmes. This was all done in a short time. I had several video projects on the go and the associated software was no longer available. Harvey managed to dredge up the original installation programme and reloaded it from that.

I would never have found this on my own. It saved the day. Harvey patiently explained each action and gave me valuable advice. The PC is now running as good as new. Thanks Harvey.

Harvey picked my laptop up on a Saturday night less than an hour after I called him and gave it back to me the following morning with a replaced hard drive. I left my details on their contact page and was texted the next day with price quote, and when a home repair could be done. Mine was a screen replacement which was in fact done the next day at my home for the exact price quoted. Excellent.

Wow what can I say this is the company for you any computer or laptop issues you are having stop looking.... I had a problem not being able to log in to my own profile on my system being a small business with deadlines and needing a quick fix panic set in. I will never worry again not only was my issue resolved in a few hours my laptop was picked up and dropped off within hours working better than it had before ! My laptop was not charging properly due to a loose power jack. Was fixed very quickly and at a reasonable price. Harvey was very friendly and I would happily use the company's services again.

Harvey saved my life, called him one morning after having no luck with other repair shops around Coventry. He changed my keyboard really quickly and very nicely cleaned my computer. He made sure I knew about what he was doing and why, as well as the options I had. He even came back a week after and did it all over again because I didn't like the sound of the new keys. Definitely recommend him!

Found Harvey by searching local computer repairers. My lucky day. Rang him at 7pm on probably the hottest day of the year. He was most apologetic that he was unable to come out straight away (wasn't expecting him to). By 9.30 following day he had called round and as Windows 10 needed reinstalling, he took the computer Away. All my sleepless nights re missing photos and files he quickly reassured me would be safe.

I used this service purely due to the other positive reviews and found Mobile PC Guru (Harvey) to be a very professional service throughout. Fast response, reliable, courteous, polite, and a fair quote given at the start that was kept to. My computer could not be repaired at home and was taken away, brought back quickly and on time and totally re-installed and re-connected back to the printer etc.

My 12 year old son fired endless questions at Harvey about gaming and other things (that were all totally alien to me) and he was happy to answer the queries and give advice. I can genuinely recommend this service and would definitely use again.

After having my Corsair RM650x psu defect and prevent me from using my PC, Harvey was able to come out the next day to have a look at my PC. After diagnosing that the psu was the problem I was able to get a refund from where I purchased the item and get an EVGA Supernova 850 G3, which I already much prefer and trust compared to the Corsair. Great, reasonable prices and expert knowledge from someone who has been in this field for over 14 years. Would recommend Harvey to anyone with any PC issues or questions.
