Focus Means Everything is a company set up to supply companies within the I.T. sector with additional services they would not be able to easily offer themselves. We have a regular client base of over 60 I.T. Companies and shops and offer a fast, straight and brutally honest service.
With the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment law passed in 2002 due to no lead content in solder, the reliability of devices using BGA (Ball Grid Array) technology dropped dramatically. The GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) is held on the board by tiny balls of solder. These balls are also responsible for connecting the boards copper contacts with the chips copper contacts or pads. Lead free solder is brittle. The GPU is the hottest running component on a motherboard board under load and whilst aesthetics seem to be more important that anything else with today's current designs, these boards literally have just about adequate cooling. Hence the slightest bit of dust blocking the cooling plates and the chip overheats. Over time the movement caused by excess heat expansion will break one or more of these balls. At that point the machine will show multiple different faults all leading to the same answer.
The problem is that when a customer hands the machine over for repair you risk not being paid for the upcoming hours of trying to trace a fault that is repairable by specialist only. You then quote the customer for a new Motherboard and the customer usually due to the pricing being so high says no. You have already lost money through time and then have to reassemble the machine to return it to the customer.
Using Focus Means Everything will give you an 82% chance of converting that time into profit. We are prowd to brag a 6% return rate allowing us the confidence to match your guarantee up to 3 months.

GPU REFLOW (RE-FLOW)
Report
A common fault on modern Laptop motherboards is a break down in the tiny balls of solder that not only hold the chip to the board but make the contact between the chip and the board caused by insuficient cooling and age. We will reflow the chip re wetting the existing solder under the chip otherwise known as the BGA (Ball Grid Array) to cure any cracked balls that are not making contact with the board. This fault shows up as many faults please see our site for self diagnosis..
