One of our engineers comes to your house / business
If possible, we fix the problem there and then, otherwise we pick up your equipment to take back to the lab
We charge you a fixed fee, normally £30*
If we can't fix your problem, we return your equipment and you pay nothing.

-> Recommendation, installation and setup of software to perform a desired task.
-> Over-the-phone assistance and (if possible) repair, charged by the minute
