I think that anyone who offers such a service these days deserves to be talked about, in a good way. Unfortunately we had a family tragedy just before lockdown, and we wanted somebody who could deal with our problems and talk to us in laymen s terms. We googled computer shops local to us, we got Excel computers in Ossett, so from the phone call to Simon coming to our home in these telling times, perfect, he was masked up and gloved up and told us everything he was doing and what he was going to do.
What we are saying is well done Excel and Simon keep up the great work. When and if we get back to any sort of normal we will have a good chat to say thank you personally and hopefully without a mask. Thank you Simon Denise & Garry J

Lived in Ossett for 8 years and didn't even know this place existed, popped in with a query on our printer, and Simon was very honest with us and basically told us to go get a specific new printer and we went to get that and bought some new inks for it at the same time from him. BUT! The best thing was and Simon was really busy as we could see, but we needed some printing doing as we were going away the next morning so Simon printed everything off for us, he gave us a business card and said if we have any issues or need advice then please don't hesitate to call, to text, or pop in the shop. What a great service he offers, will use his services for our laptops and PC in the very near future. Thumbs up. Jonathon and Claire.
