Farad is professional and a lovely man to deal with. He always gives fair prices and breaks down why it costs what it does. I have had two computers fixed by him and both working better than they ever did. I can't recommend him enough.

I am not sure what good value for money is, when talking about computer repairs. I was impressed with his service. Fared, made himself available to fix my device from the moment I called, until the moment the repair was finished. Fared customer service was awesome. His office was neat and tidy, very professional as well as his a-tire. I was able to put my trust in him with his expertise.

Initial call was to fix an audio issue with my computer. Since the PC had to be taken for repairs I decided to get a CPU upgrade as well. Everything came back as ordered as well as the old CPU which I can now resell. Staff maintained excellent communication throughout the service and I was very pleased with the outcome. Farid at PCHOME is fantastic. I took my PC in to him after receiving a troubling WHEA error on a brand new high-spec PC build that I was unable to fix. Farid spent a lot of time getting to the crux of the problem of my machine, probably a frustrating experience but Farid was knowledgeable, calm and friendly the whole time. Really impressive service in retrieving my data when my external hard drive fell onto a hard floor. Seagate (who manufactured the drive) told me there was no way of retrieving the irreplaceable data - but PCHOME UK succeeded in doing so. Farid is the consummate professional. I found him to be polite, knowledgable and reasonably priced. He was able to provide technical advice on my computer's upgrade capacity that even Dell (the manufacturer) got wrong. I was very pleased with the service I received. I had downloaded some rogue spyware which I had thought was an update of spyware I already possessed. The computer crashed. Next day Farid rebuilt the computer from scratch thus eliminating the trojan virus which I had inflicted into the computer.
