Andrew was excellent and went above and beyond helping me with my laptop. Andrew was very personable and took time to explain everything in a manner I understood, he worked diligently and stayed in touch with me throughout. The work he does is very professional and the pricing is good too. This really is the only place I'll be using in future. Can't recommend it enough.

SO IMPRESSIVE! Huge thank you to Andrew for recovering images from an SD card that I thought we would never see again. Better than anything I found online, Andrew was knowledgeable, explained the process and what would happen next- fortunately he did find the files we were after so gave a quote for proceeding with the full recovery. Files all received on a USB shortly after and couldn't be happier- highly recommend & will use again.
