We can diagnose and repair most common issues onsite, such as connection problems, faulty hardware, networking, system crashes, software and operating system re-installs, system and data recovery, backups and more. We can recover data from all types of hard disk, USB drives & memory cards including where data has been lost, corrupted, or when the drive makes clicking noises, doesn't spin, or isn't recognised by the computer. Most virus and malware problems can usually be rectified on-site in under an hour.
Established in 2011 and with over 20 years' experience, Worcester I.T. Services is a family run business that provides personal and professional support to quickly and cost effectively solve your computer problems when and where you need it. We deliver expertise in all aspects of I.T. whether it be a home computer or laptop repair or virus removal, through to the installation of business networks and server systems.
Our standard labour rate is 40.00 per hour plus any applicable call out fee. However as every job is different it would be impossible for us to provide a fixed price for every case. We will always do our best to carry out a remote diagnosis and provide an estimate on cost before we book you for a visit based on the information you provide us, but sometimes we will need to assess the problem in person depending on the fault. Our No-Fix-No-Fee policy means that if the engineer does not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or carry out the repair, then no charge is made to the customer. If the fault or problem has been successfully diagnosed and a solution offered, but you decide not to proceed for any reason, a charge will be made for time spent on-site up until that point plus any applicable call out fee that was quoted when the original booking was made.
As part of the repair process, it may sometimes be necessary to re-format your computer's internal or external hard disk drive(s) and/or to re-install your computer's Microsoft Windows or other operating system. Both of these procedures are carried out only as a last resort and after the engineer has attempted by all other means to diagnose and resolve the problem(s).

Following really excellent service provided by Worcester I.T. Services to my son during last year I found that I also needed technical advice for my Apple MacBook Pro recently. My problem was dealt with extremely efficiently, courteously and at a very acceptable cost. That included almost same day service with my Laptop being collected and returned and a clear explanation of the work carried out. I can confidently confirm the high quality of service given to both my son and myself.

So, I'm normally pretty good at backing stuff up, but life gets in the way sometimes, and when it did and it coincided with my laptop HDD going rogue, Ed came to the rescue. What an excellent service, HDD collected, all the data I really needed painstakingly recovered, it and new back up drive promptly returned to my door. Really glad I kept the work local rather than sending it off, great job Ed, and many thanks.

Looking to upgrade my old laptop, contacted Worcester IT Services {Ed} who visited site at the agreed appointment time {same day} and provided excellent advice and valuation regarding the best way forward. After checking market availability, new laptop was obtained with aid of Eds recommendations. Hi All, I found Ed to be very knowledgeable not only on Computers but also on setting up my 4k tv, 4k amp, 4k bluray player and set top box, He fixed my desktop computer also replaced the complete keyboard and other parts on my laptop after I covered it with a cup of tea and dropped it. At a later date I lost complete internet access.
Ed tried to fix it over the phone, in the end he said he would come round later that day. True to his word he fixed the problem. The problem was down to my internet service provider. Would I use Ed again. (YES).+++++.

I was experiencing a "nasty" virus which was slowing down my PC greatly and it was hardly running at all. Not being geeky, and by chance contacted Worcester I.T Services and Edward paid me a visit here in Worcester within a couple of days. I found him to be friendly but above all else helpful and professional. Nothing seemed to much trouble for him and he was fixing things for some time!
By the time he left, all was well. The charge for his call was worth every penny and I would recommend him to anyone experiencing similar problems with their PC. I for one will definitely be calling him again should any further problems arise!
