We have been customers of Stellasoft for around 4 years, their communication is very poor, ignoring emails and not returning calls. Their SEO services are basic at best, they produce the same cut and paste SEO report every month listing the same recommendations for improvement, even after they had been implemented, proving they haven't actually even looked at our website.

They charged an annual hosting fee of 180 for 3 years, which they told us we had to have, even though they don't actually host our website, we pay another company for this. They refuse to speak to me and are unable to produce a copy of the contract for this service, and I can't even get them to provide confirmation of cancellation. After 3 months of calls and emails I have now given up. I cannot recommend this company on any level, they did nothing to help our online presence and they have no knowledge of good customer service or common courtesy.
