I have a small business and need help from JD Compucare service all year round for many years. Jamie gives the best service and gives me total stress free, very helpful and always available when I need help. IT is complicated for those who were born in the wrong century. Old computer would not work on wireless and very slow generally - Jamie came to my house quickly and checked it out and then recommended a couple of new computers. He transferred everything onto new computer and brought it back within a couple of days. He set up my wireless connection and helped me get started on the new computer without making me feel stupid. Very professional and approachable too.

Jamie investigated a sound problem on our pc and fitted a new sound card. He was friendly, punctual and did a great job. He even cleaned out the internal fan and tidied up our files to speed things up. We would certainly use him again and would highly recommend him.

Jamie replaced my dead hard drive and increased my memory at approx half the cost of two local shops,he collected my laptop and redelivered it within 48 hours. Explained it all in plain english,will be using him again if any other problems occur.

Our PC was running slow and we were having wireless connection problems. Within 24 hours Jamie fixed our wireless problems and has given us lots of advice re getting the optimum performance from our PC. He took time to explain everything in a way a non-expert would understand. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

We had a virus attack our computer which we were unable to remove ourselves. A friend recommended JD CompuCare, and Jamie came to our house to collect the computer, took it away to reformat it, fix the virus and backed up all of our files also. He then returned it to us and set it back up, including reconnecting our wireless (with a password this time) and demonstrating a new, more efficient security he had put on for us.

From contacting Jamie, to our computer being returned was only 3 days. And all at a very reasonable price. We were very impressed by an efficient and professional service, and would recommend JD CompuCare to our friends and family.
