We aim to be the best there is, with your satisfaction our key goal.Our services are available over the phone, at home and via Remote Support. We also offer a popular collect and return service, this enables us to offer a clear and definite price upon collection.
In order to maintain efficiency, customer satisfaction and the super fast service we have become known for. We only accept work within a fairly localized area in the west of Scotland. From Broomhill in the West End of Glasgow up to Milgavie, over the Erskine Bridge to Kilmacolm, Bridge of Weir and Paisley, then back again to the West End where we are based.
We have been known to make exception to the rule here, especially for referrals. So Blanefield, Greenock, East Kilbride and the City of Glasgow have all figured in our address book.

Prior to retiring from business I had never touched or switched a computer on I always had fellow staff members who did all my computer requirements for me. On retiring I acquired new laptop, thinking this will be easy I will soon master this, how wrong Iwas, I soon realised that I would need professional assistance, I tried numerous suppliers who all proved to be unreliable or reluctant to pass on much knowledge.
Someone recommended Colin at ColCom and since then I have not looked back, I don"t require his assistance as often now but when I do his service is as always, he turns up on time and nothing is a problem to him, I think if I had not met Colin I would have, "thrown in the towel", I would recommend Colin and ColCom to anyone individuals and businesses alike. I recently decided to replace my 7 year old computer (Windows Vista) with a new one (Windows 8.1). I asked Colin to set it up for me which he did in 1 hour. As usual, I was very impressed with his very friendly manner and I would nave no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs computer support or repair.

Colin from Colcom is the real thing. Knows what he is doing and does it without fuss or dramas. Will get you going again in an emergency as well if necesary. I went into my office one morning 2 years ago, and whole system basically had crashed and totally useless. Colin was out and had me going again with all data restored within 24 hours. We called upon Colcom a few years ago when we were undergoing a surge in business growth and needed to manage our data handling and processing. We have since expanded staffing and premises resulting in, among many things, a Wifi Network Bridge to a remote unit allowing us greater stock and warehousing controls and improved logistics solutions and communication channels. Colcom also continues to manage our data network our shares and our server system.
He also provides our mail via the Microsoft 365 platform he manages, His remote access has proved handy too, even helping out concurrently with our website designer where these techy matters are concerned. We have no problem recommending Colcom to other trade associates and look forward to using his services during our next expansion!
