Very helpful and B2K sorted the issue with battery not charging. Originally purchase the laptop from Currys about 13months ago and was told part no longer available and nothing they can do as it’s over 12 months, very disappointed with their response/lack of care. Took the laptop to B2K and they replaced the battery and laptop back up and running all within 2 working days…many thanks Mark for your help.

To start this place deserves to be know as the best repair shop in Nottingham. The customer service was impeccable and unbeatable as the staff were extremely patient and friendly. The prices were cheaper than it's competitors, frankly unbeatable. The staff really, and I mean really know their stuff. I was baffled by their knowledge and the way they could explain the advanced issues my computer had, even to someone like me who hardly knows a thing about computer. It really helped me. 10/10 for everything.

After my laptop charger broke, I went to B2K computers to get a replacement one. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome because the new one was supplied by the original manufacturer and came in a bag with an unbroken seal and shipping took less than 24 hours, so my issue was resolved extremely quickly. Customer service was also exceptional.

Boyfriend needed his laptop fixed as he broke his charging port, went into the shop and they were really friendly and helpful! Was told it would nearly a week to get the laptop fixed but got a call 2 days later saying the part had arrived and laptop was all fixed! Really good prices for top end service!

Would recommend this shop for quality repairs and excellent customer service. They helped me find an apple certified screen to repair my phone with and was honest with what I should/shouldn't do based on my budget and time. Incredible customer service, I cant recommend them enough. My PC desktop stopped working after a furntiture move. I went to B2K because I thought my power supply had broken. They tested my power supply for free, and found it working, then gave me some in-depth advice on how to check the other computer components to make sure it wasn't just a superficial fix like making sure the RAM was inserted correctly.
They must have spent a good few hours helping me diagnose my issue, and even lent me a graphics card to test to make sure it wasnt my own! Absolutely stunning help! Once we found the issue to be the motherboard, they searched their stock for a compatible board, and when they couldn't find one they advised me on how to source my own. Not once did they try to upsell me on some "maybe" fix hardware sale, nor did they charge me for their time.
In the end I've got my own replacement for a very good price, but if I had gone to anywhere else I bet I would have paid that amount in just diagnosis help. Seriosuly great business. 10/10 impressed.

These guys were great. Really helpful and honest. Made sure I went away to think about what I should do in regards to paying an expensive replacement battery on an old macbook, or have a cheap temporary fix and think about replacing the whole thing. I could have easily panicked and thrown money at the situation the week before moving abroad and at xmas time. Good advise, patient and honest.

The best customer service I have ever received! Previously took my water damaged laptop to PC world who were very rude and unhelpful. They said nothing could be done to save the laptop alongside all my university work that I had been working on for months. However, I took it to B2K computers to get another opinion and I am so glad! I was greeted by friendly members of staff who unlike PC world, listened to what had happened and took the laptop apart to see if anything could be done.
I am now sat here writing this on that same laptop that apparently 'could not be fixed', £500 better off from not having to buy a new one and stress free from getting all of my university work back! Nothing is too much for B2K computers and they will go out of their way to do everything they can for you, no matter how long it takes. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you!

Great Business with awesome employees!!! I can’t say enough good things about this business. Took a disabled and broken liquied damaged Mac Book Pro in, not only was the staff very nice, they really know their stuff!!!! Great experience all the way around,even the price was a lot less than i had been told in other places, Will definitely recommend you and I hope that everyone who needs “tech assistance” checks you out!
