Had a MBA brick itself due to an application incompatibility with the latest OS update. CAD were able to recover all the data and bring the device up-to-date. We've had two devices on MacOS do this now and CAD have come to the rescue each time. They were great at keeping me up to date with progress and charges a fixed fee which was very modest for the time it consumed. Thanks so much, would recommend any issues with MacOS.

Sent off phone to Computer Associated Decisions as part of John Lewis Tech Support warranty cover. Phone has FaceID recognition error which no repair capabilities thus requires a brand new phone. Would not provide new handset because of small crack on the back of the phone despite confirming the crack had no relation to the faceID fault.
Requested phone back immediately after rejection to source other solutions however it took them 3 weeks for them to send back my original device after ignoring emails & calls.

Superb professional experience- sorted out over phone my difficulties in attending at the precise time -they were able to accommodate my needs around my schedule- very grateful. The iPhone battery was good value and did exactly what we hoped - my daughter could instantly tell her new battery was working perfectly and it no longer rapidly loses charge. Thank you we will use you again in future repairs.

Took my ten year old Mac to these guys this week. Power supply was damaged due to previous hatchet job by another repairer. Fantastic service and advice. Despite its age, they helped me understand that replacement of power pack alongside an upgrade to SSD would give the machine a new lease of life for my photography editing. And it has. Cannot believe the speed change. Saved me a massive investment in a new machine. Highly recommended. So pleased I have found them.

I can not fault the service or repair. I was given the cost up front to repair with new parts, with the proviso that as my Notebook was old it may have some brittle parts that could affect the repair and if so the additional cost would x for that if it was required. fortunately it was not required so my repair was bang on the estimate! I was kept informed at all times and phoned when it was ready to pick up. I'm more than happy to give them my personal recommendation

I have used C.A.D on many occasions to repair my Mac computer. I have found this company to go above and beyond the call of duty to execute the repairs Furthermore, the work is always completed to a exceptionally high standard and I always get a very honest option on what has to be done. I would highly recommend this business.

Excellent customer service. Helpful and friendly over the phone. Diagnosis was free and was emailed after half a day with the result that a new logic board was being supplied under an Apple Recall. In five days I had my machine back, clean and looking like new and fully working. Could not be more pleased.

Excellent customer service - just replaced the logic board on my MacBookPro 17" four year old machine within a week. Diagnostics was free and the Logic Board was also no charge, as it was under an Apple recall system. I could not be more delighted. Will definitely use them again. I went to the Apple Store in Reading to start with and they diagnosed it after 20 minutes as needing replacement RAM as there was third party RAM in the machine from new.
This was going to cost me upward of 400 pounds. So glad I went to CAD and got machine fixed for NO CHARGE. Would not go back to the Apple Store again and would recommend these guys any day.

My 15 month old IPad was sent to this company for repair by John Lewis under their 3 year guarantee. There was an intermittent fault, the device would work correctly, then on other occasions would be unusable because of a greyed out screen. CAD returned the IPad to John Lewis who telephoned me to say that I could pick the device up which I did. This involved an 18 mile round trip.
Within 1 day the original fault was present. It was only then that I checked the documents returned with the IPad by CAD. These showed that there was no problem with the IPad and that accordingly they we're returning the device to John Lewis. Question - why on earth would someone make a round trip of 18 miles to ask for a perfectly functioning IPad to be repaired?
Credit to John Lewis they described the position as unacceptable and have replaced the IPad. As for CAD they had the IPad for 3 weeks and I would say the service I received from them is very poor.

I have literally just created this account so I could leave some decent feedback for this underrated company which I think is unfair. After getting thrown into complete panIc when my IPhone decided to go into meltdown, I called Apple who then referred me to these guys as they were local. I was quite sceptical as I hadn't heard about them but I went with it anyway.
I am so glad I did, they explained everything clearly and they updated me through the process. It only took around 2-3days, which without a phone seemed forever but was actually relatively good compared to the horror stories you hear nowadays. 4 stars altogether for service, one thing which I do have to mark it down for was the lack of a loan phone whilst mine was undergoing repair. I will definitely be bringing my Apple products here again.

I have always used the CAD 2000 team to fix and upgrade my Macs. They inspire confidence as they are all extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and proficient and one of those few companies that offer excellent and very prompt customer service and support. Just had my iMac and MacBook upgraded again and Harminder has been amazing, as usual.
Nothing has been too much trouble for him, even contacting me at home after shop hours using the remote access TeamViewer support program to take control of my computers and fine tune a couple of issues. Many thanks, greatly appreciated.
