Broke TV stand in repair. used a cheap LCD in TV. and colors are all wrong. The engineer admit that there is a problem on site but when they go back to workshop they start telling lies that there is no problem. and blackmail you that if you dont accept tv them they will dump the device

The representative's are really friendly and although it took a week for them to come out to pick up my TV and they took it away repaired it and within 3 weeks it was back good as new! I dont have anything negative to say the only thing I can say is that they could collect sooner lol but apart from that my TV is good as new I had an issue with the screen going a funny colour and the speakers too but there great thank you kindly

I found the representatives I talked to very friendly and their engineers seem to know exactly what they are doing. Despite my repair failing, I don't see a reason to complain. I called them shortly after I found out the repair failed and said to the representative that I appreciate what they did and I couldn't have asked for a better person to talk to.

I send my appreciative feedback to the representative and the engineer who helped me. In my world, I don't see reason to complain about a failed repair. All I can say is I very much appreciate the effort and that I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with.

Repair company that john lewis uses if you paid for added care, laptop came back with screen that did not work, maybe the package wasn't protected well enough, i do not know why the screen would not work i had to send the laptop back again.

Absolutley no customer service whatsoever. No contact at all, unless I called them and then they couldn't/wouldn't/didn't return calls, even when chased. The repair man who collected our item was kind polite and courteous though. The only positive thing I can say about this company.

Excellent. Cannot rate the service highly enough. Collected and delivered promptly. Packaging of computer superb. Cheerful helpful van driver. Tablet computer had "died". It needed a major new part. Arranged through an extended warranty, and tablet returned within 10 working days, as good as new. Ultra polite service when phoning in to enquire about progress; and likewise with a technical query after tablet was returned. Best computer service I've ever received.
