Father-in-laws computer tower was collected promptly at 08:30 by Brian as arranged and was informed every step of the way with regards to copying defecting hard drive and replacing with new and installing pictures and music etc. Tower was ready within 4hrs. Great service from Anglian Internet and I would highly recommend them.

Was handling my late brothers PC to be refurbished. Needed drives and GPU out and replacing while I was away. SATA and VGA cables not removed. The air cleaning offered but didn't even consider to remove large accumulation of dust in front of air intake fans front and bottom. Watch a youtube video and do it yourself because the money you're charged isn't for professionalism.

Other than not immediately getting back supporting power cable and device plug, service, handling (repair timing and cost) was very good. Will certainly use the Company again. While cable and plug return at same time as repaired device would have been perfect handling, a minor inconvenience as I had another at home.

Thanks Tomasz! I just wanted to say thank you for your help with my computer. The changes you suggested resolved the issue. Apple had been working with me directly to resolve and I asked them to make sure it wasn't an iCloud setting and they were adamant that it was not, so after 3 days of support from them and no resolve it was refreshing to have 10 minutes with you and the issue solved! Thanks again for your time.

After being sold the wrong ink for my printer i went back in on Tuesday with the printer so we could get the correct ink for it. After sales service was more than excellent, everything was resolved & i now have the correct ink. Thank you for an excellent all round service Anglian Internet, i will 100% be using your shop again

Hey, I've got my Apple MacBook Pro back from Anglian Internet. I didn't have to wait 3 weeks to get a replacement Graphics Card from China. They just soldered in a new graphics chip. Result. After years of hassle, dealing with the uncaring Apple care knobs, I finally get my laptop repaired by Anglian Internet with no hassle at all. Thank you so much. Took my dead hard drive hard to Anglian Internet for data recovery after pc world had it a week and couldn't do anything with it but wanted to charge me £300 to send it to a specialist lab Anglian internet had it less than 24 hours and recovered 100% of my data for a more than fair fee of £75, thank you very much, will definitely come to you from now on and will highly recommend all my friends do as well
