Needed a new battery and charger for a laptop and they delivered it swiftly and were extremely pleasant

Computer Krayzee were fantastic. I’m so pleased that my friends recommended them to me. They fixed an old Apple laptop which I hadn’t been able to use for years and rescued 12 years of photos, which I never thought I’d see again. Everything now backed up too. Kaz and Angelo have been absolutely amazing (I had a few visits!). Helpful, friendly and patient with someone who isn’t that techy! They made my day when I took my repaired computer away with all my photos ready to view. I can’t thank them enough and I’ll be recommending and using them again in the future for any repairs. Brilliant!

Luke is an absolute star! completely came to the rescue when I was super stressed out about my laptop not being able to connect to wifi. My phone screen was cracked and I didn't have the time it money to go to an Apple store. I was shopping in Morrisons and saw a huge sign that Computer Krayzee fixes all type of hardware malfunctions. My phone was fixed in less than an hour and the price was very reasonable. Im extremely happy of the quick and effective service. 10 out if ten!

My daughters headphone had broken of in the jack and we couldnt get it out. A lovely gentleman called Luke pulled it out and didn't charge me anything for the service. Didn't know this place existed but now I do this will be my first stop shop.

I took my PC to get upgrades into a whole new case, thought the job would stop me from gaming on my weekend off but got it back in 2 hours ready for a long night!

This is a lovely small computer business set in Morrisons off Cambridge Rd in Enfield. They are professional and diligent when working on your computer issues. So much better than going to large computer Companies.

I submitted an enquiry through their website and never got a reply. I don't have any experience with their physical shop to rate them.

Ridiculously good service. Got a laptop screen replaced in about 15 minutes. Excellent quality.

Spotted this place whilst doing shopping in Morrisons and thought, 'yeah, I'll try 'em out and support a local independent business.' So on a couple of occasions I took a well known brand device to be repaired to what I thought was an excellent, trusted, skillful engineer. In all I paid about 200 and discovered later Computer Krayzee had made no attempt to repair it because when I took it to the manufacturer they said it hadn't even been opened and examined and no repairs had been done on it.

I wanted to keep my device and not buy a new one because I knew it could be fixed. I didn't want to add to the huge mountain of waste caused by people throwing out devices that could be repaired. I trusted this independent business but he just took money off me and did nothing. I don't trust this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I needed my precious laptop repaired quickly and with care. Computer Krayzee were excellent. They looked after my laptop whilst they had it and repaired it as quickly as they could. Super job.

Helpful, well informed, patient with all my questions. Diagnosed the problem with my laptop not charging and was ready to collect in less than 24 hours and for 1/3 the price i was quoted by Currys next door. Can't go wrong

Cannot thank the guys here any more than I have done. The job that they have done for me is amazing, and the price was phenomenal. I highly recommend if you need a quick and effective job done on your phone. Only took them 1 hour to change my screen. Good job guys.

Dropped my laptop off as was having issues with the speed and was pretty stressed out as I am working from home. They found and fixed the issue in 24 hours. The staff were very friendly, in particular Rakib. Highly recommended

I sent my laptop over last week Saturday because it had been making really horrible sounds - turns out I needed a fan replacement. Just picked it up today, much earlier than expected, and definitely happy with the results. client service was great, and I'd definitely recommend Computer Krayzee:) one of the best computer repair shop in Enfield.
