Having at one point been a shareholder in another IT Services Company I can say with confidence that the PC Support Group are the benchmark for excellence within the IT Services Industry. Do they do jargon...NO. Do they provide outstanding customer service...YES, in fact they have won awards for it. Do they prevent problems before they even occur saving you time and money? Yes, they have the technology to support this. Are they expensive then? No, in fact they provide better value for money than most IT services companies, particularly if you want less hassle and a better run business. The only thing left to say is what's stopping you calling them?

Immediate and timely support provided as soon as you have a problem , I personally like the fact they have Pam looking after the welfare of all their customers too, a different touch but I feel an important connection especially her presence on social media it does make a difference and adds uniqueness to this company

I am happy to recommend The PC Support Group for their expertise and patience. To know they are there for any future crisis is a very comforting thought. I wouldn’t think twice before using them again. When I ‘lost’ a significant section of the work to mysterious cyberspace gremlins, I was in despair. With deadlines looming and no printed copies to fall back on, I put an SOS out to The PC Support Group in the hope they might have some suggestions.
Back of the queue when IT know-how was being doled out, I knew it was going to be a painful procedure for them to help guide me around the options.
Calmly and very patiently, the engineer talked me through the process of allowing him remote access to my system and set about accessing the ‘kidnapped’ file. I nearly cried when they found it. It has saved me many hours of work to replace it; a second draft would have lost much of the impact and sentiment of the first.
