If I could give a minus I would. Terrible service - charge you for upfront!?! kept my item for nearly 2 weeks just to tell me I need a plug. Tried then again to charge me for a plug - 55 for a PLUG! Worst service - they made my item worse. They haven't a clue what they are doin. Save ur money and time as more reputable knowledgable places out there CHEAPER and HONEST They are more interested in pics and advertising and posing for a name that is worthless.
I even recorded the conversation as they could not provide me of breakdown of why I was charged Would avoid this shambles at all costs! Worst place and service EVER I recorded everything on my phone as evidence I gave 7 out of 10 stars BEFORE I collected my dvr ( another con wanting you to tick a box about service BEFORE u get ur item ) I thought the 19.99 was minus the 24.99 Nearly 55 FOR A PLUG It's a con To hold a unit for nearly two weeks to say it is a plug : I guess u don't think to test for the obvious first, , Judging by the bad feedback from locals I have been reading, I've had a lucky escape only losing 24.99 which I have already spoken and passed on the conversation recorded to my bank.
Put in down to experience but to ROB a single parent with children is appalling When they called saying the price of plug, I was expecting you to refund ME as its absurd 55 for a plug I refused the 19.99 plug you wanted to charge me and purchased a plug from local diy store : DIY Dave in Liss is brilliant at 7 he also pointed out to me that you had CUT my original plug which was working fine.
If u have to blag money from locals just to keep ur business going then those locals will pass on the service and treatment and experience they receive onto other locals and I most definitely will not be recommending anyone your way. You don't get charged upfront for your car to be fixed : you go to collect your car, get a breakdown of works / parts / labour THEN you pay You could not provide me with ANY breakdown or invoice; which I asked to see This is my personal experience hence the Feedback

I needed some upgrades to be installed in my desktop pc, Rob was incredibly patient, helpful and professional in talking to me as I am a total technophobe and need easy to understand technical dialogue, I also really liked the fixed fee pricing options which are incredibly helpful when working to a budget. I opted for the unit to be bought back to me and again Rob was really professional, reassuring, setting everything up with ease and answering all my queries, I am a very happy customer and would definitely recommend and use again.

AVOID! Were in the process of reviewing our support and had a meeting with the Director Giles - Immediately put off by his ''know it all'' attitude and just damn right rude. I am now constantly receiving sloppy marketing emails, which look like they have been created by a child, so please take me off this list. You can change your website, staff, premises whatever, but if your attitude remains the same(which it will), it's inevitable you will continue loosing clients. Yes we've heard.

I use Syn-Star a lot and they have never let me down. On this occasion I suffered a power supply failure. An early Saturday morning dash to Syn-Star and I was assured immediate attention and a hoped for repair before the end of the day. A quick investigation confirmed the problem and a fix was agreed over the phone with parts already in stock. I was able to pick up the repaired PC later that same afternoon. Great service!

Positive: Responsiveness. Wanted to thnk the team for their excellent help this week. A few members of my team are off as it's half term, so things are getting a little stessful with busy workload, so my computer going BANG didn't help! But Syn-Star just got on with the repair. Their communication is so good, I'd say worth talking to in a time of need.

I was recommended to use their Liss premises for an Apple Macbook upgrade, pre-lockdown. Rob and Stephen are very polite and have customer service as a priority. Since then, I have used them to restore my crashed iPhone frozen on the Apple screen of death ! They do not give up easily. It took some time but it's back working after a full backup from iCloud. We all rely too much on these tech toys.
