Sorted a major headache with a laptop within an hour. Excellent service and communication. Some hero's don't wear capes.

Took my phone in see to what could be done as I dropped it on the road and a car ran over it. Staff were friendly and helpful and were able to diagnose what options I had to help me. I was apprehensive after reading the reviews on here, but my experience was good. Diagnosis cost me 25, which is more expensive than competitors who offer free diagnoses, but is local and they were able to look at my phone within an hour. Broomhill EasyTech quoted me 200 to replace the screen, which is equivalent or even cheaper than competitors. I'm currently weighing up my options as I'm looking for a new phone.

I took my computer here and was told it would be 2-3 days. 3 weeks later after me chasing several times, they eventually said they had sorted and charged me 100. I got the computer home and it didn't work. I then took the computer back. He promised me a call within a few days. Long story short they had the computer for 3 months. Not once did he ever call me back despite me ringing every other day and promise of calls back.

Eventually I got the computer back and took elewhere (Direct.) in less than 24 hours the other company had diagnosed and solved the problem for 40! My son was without his computer for months when should have only been 24 hours! AVOID!

I took my daughter's phone to be repaired but was told by the owner that it couldn't be fixed and that he would recycle the old one. So he sold me a refurbished iPhone which, unfortunately, is faulty- neither internet nor 4G work. I was planning to take it back to him to get it fixed but then had a terrible experience when I took my son's phone in because it had a broken screen and had stopped working.

The owner promised he would call me back with an update. He didn't. I called about 15 times over the next 3 and a half weeks. Most of the time there was no answer, but when I did talk to him, he always had a different reason for not having the phone fixed. Firstly, he hadn't had time to examine the phone; then he needed to order parts, which took over two weeks to arrive; then the technician had been away and hadn't had a chance to look at the phone; then he told me the motherboard wasn't working and that he had ordered another one and was waiting for it to arrive.

Every single time I phoned or went in to the shop he assured me he would call me with an update. He didn't phone me once. Eventually I went in again and he told me the motherboard was faulty and the phone could not be repaired. I asked for the phone back and asked again if he was sure it could not be repaired- he assured me that this was the case. Frankly, by this point I didn't believe anything he said, so I looked online for a phone repair shop with good reviews (I wish I'd done this first time round!) and took it there.

The guy there had the phone working in a couple of hours and phoned me back to let me know. I picked it up from the other place in Crookes and it's working perfectly now. I now wonder if the first phone I took to Easy Tech could have been fixed too. My advice is look online and check the reviews. This place is to be avoided. Will never use again. How this place makes any money is a mystery- looking at other reviews I don't know how he retains any customers.

It's not the biggest computer shop, but it's very handy if you live in Endcliffe and you don't want to wait for online shopping or walk to the city centre. You'll mostly find basic level items, including batteries, cables and cords, but at a reasonable price. When I moved here at the beginning of the term, I was in dire need of a UK power brick to match the plugs; here I was sold a second-hand original Asus brick for my laptop and I could not be happier. It still works like a charm! The staff has always been very kind and helpful.

I am a repeat customer of this business, and I must say they continue to be very proficient at what they do, and in a very courteous, prompt manner. They provided me an estimate for the repair (which seemed reasonable to me) and that's exactly what they charged once they fixed the problem with my aging laptop. They are very good at communicating updates on the status while the work is in progress.

This place is amazing. One of our business laptops crashed in the middle of a big project and we couldn't get it working. I brought the computer to their store as a walk in and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem The laptop was fixed while I waited and is working fine now.

I have used this service three times before, and I would just like to thank all the staff for repairing my devices. I took my Laptop in, with a broken screen and fan, the staff were very polite and it was fixed within a few days. I also went in for an iPhone screen repair, fixed and good as new within 1 hour. Would definitely recommend this service for everyone!

I took my laptop in for a hinge repair, the laptop was working perfectly fine just needed new hinges. What I was told was a three day job actually took four weeks, I rang every week to be told new parts needed ordering. When I collected the laptop the touch screen had been completely broken by the engineer and I no longer have any sound, both of which worked fine before I took it in.

Despite this he still tried to charge me 150 pounds which is way more than my original quote of 90 so I have no idea where this figure came from. I ended up paying 90 pounds for the hinges to then fall apart again within a week and lost all sound and touch screen. Terrible customer service, refusal to repair hinges and other parts damaged during the repair and very rude. Would advise anyone against going here as my laptop is now in a much worse condition than when they received it.

Waste of time, waste of money, broke my phone even further, no respect for the customer. Don't be taken in by the price and find somewhere else. I wish I could leave 0 stars because I don't think they should get even 1. I took a Nexus 5 with a broken screen to 'Easy' Tech for them to repair, and was told it would be done in a few days time. Upon collecting the phone, I found the back very poorly attached, and even worse: I now could not use my phone for more than 3 minutes without it shutting down.

I took it back in February, and they continually returned it to me saying it was now fine, when nothing had changed! After several months of this (it's now May!) they told me there was a corruption issue with the phone due to an update, so none of this could be their fault! I demanded a refund and the costs of damages and they said since it was not their fault they would only refund me my inital 65 by putting the old, damaged screen on.

On top of all of this, I was told throughout that 'they would contact me in a few days' each time I returned. I was never contacted by them, and had to continually ring up for information. Very poor customer service. In short, stay away.

Have used Easytech a number of times for repairs to phones and laptops misused by my children and every time, without exception, they have diagnosed the fault, explained the cost implications and carried out the repair if/when asked to. Much better than some faceless online offering. And always a fair price.

Went in to shop today at end of day and the guy was pleasant and did a good job in the time he said. Very pleased with my mended iPhone screen. Thanks

Smashed my iPhone 6 screen, these guys are really quick fixed my phone in less than 25 minutes….Excellent service and will recommend family & friends.

Just wanted to Thank the staff at Broomhill Easytech, My Laptop would not power up and all my important documents and photos were on it and I was told that it cannot be recoved they managed to recover all of it.

Phoned 4 companies asking if they could fix my phone, this was only one that could give me an answer there and then with a price. Ordered required part and fixed in 24hrs, really impressed!

Got my MacBook repaired here, the guys were fast and the job was done in a day. Now after a month on, my mac works perfectly, Overall more than satisfied and can truly recommend this company. Thank you.
