Genuinely wish I could give a zero star rating. We opted to use Originalscan as I had done everything I could and still we were having troubles with our PC. The chap at Originalscan then proceeded to charge us 100 for fixing the PC. Not a problem at all, we'd have been happy to pay that except shortly after turning the PC on, it turned out the exact same faults still remained.
We called back and the chap came over again and we were still fairly happy, thinking he would sort it and we'd be good to go. As it turned out after an hour of diagnostics he couldn't do anything at all. Actually that's not entirely true, he did charge us ANOTHER 40 for the pleasure of his company. I'm pretty flabbergasted to be honest that anyone would charge somebody when they didn't fix the problem. Ok, so it was a 'callout' (less than half a mile for him) but it was to fix a problem he'd already charged us for fixing!
I really can't stress enough how terrible the service was. This guy is purely after your cash with no more computer knowledge than many 15 year old kids. As it happened we fixed the problem ourselves with a night of solid Googling. Suffice to say, even 12 months or more later I am appauled at everything we experienced with this 'Company'
