I have been using this company for over 25 years and I cannot recommend this company more highly. Mark, the Managing Director, is always at the end of the phone when needed and there has never been a problem that he hasn't been able to fix. If I had to make any criticism at all it would be that I really don't think he charges enough for the excellent service he provides.

Fantastic Customer Service. I was having a problem with my laptop Battery. Currys refused to take it in for repairs since they cant find the parts. Luckily I found this shop. Mark was able to track down the necessary parts and kept me informed on how everything was everything going. Price was also very reasonable. Very happy with the Service I received here.

I came across Mark at his Worplesdon Road shop in 2007. Throughout the years I have found him to be most helpful, patient and understanding (a late comer to the communication medium of computers and email progressing to iPads,).
