Urgently needed a new laptop charger and after searching online for one compatible with my 2-year old HP model, I finally came across Coywood. After a 1 minute phone call with a very helpful guy, I found exactly what I was looking for at a very good price. I just received it in the post less than 24 hours later. Would absolutely recommend. Ordered a replacement laptop charger, and mistakenly asked for the wrong size connector. The issue was resolved very quickly, with minimal fuss. Now I have a new charger that works perfectly and has a nice long lead. Have previously ordered from Amazon and ended up with a short lead charger that broke quickly, and ordering direct from Dell is very expensive. Coywood Computers provides a good quality product at a reasonable cost, as well as excellent service.

I needed a new charger for my 7 year old Toshiba Kira laptop to replace the existing charger which had failed. After searching Ebay, Amazon, etc., without success I came across Coywood Computers. I entered the charger model number and up it came. It was New Years Eve and placed the order with them and with Royal Mail first class priority postage. I hadn't received confirmation nor the charger by Friday 7th Jan and called Coywood Computers to find out if my order had been received.
It had been processed and they had shipped it. They got on the case and established that it was stuck in the mail somewhere. Saturday afternoon the charger was delivered by Royal Mail. Excellent service by Coywood Computers.

The service I received from these guys was amazing. I could not recommend them more. I ordered an incorrect power supply (my fault), I emailed them my problem, they responded within minutes. Said if I send the one I received back they would send out the correct one straight away. No extra charge. A first class service.

I am extremely happy with the buying experience that I recently had with Coywood Computers. After a previous supplier frustratingly sent three different laptop chargers (with each one being the wrong type) and finally giving up, it was great to have a member of the Coywood team take the time to ask me to confirm various questions about my laptop so that they were 100% sure that they were dispatching the correct charger to me. With great customer service like this, it looks like I will be changing my supplier to Coywood Computers in the future.

I brought my laptop into coywood due to this running very slowly and a dodgey connection on the charger, coywood said they cleaned my laptop and found many bits of malware of which they removed and did all the updates on the windows software, my laptop has not run so fast since it was new. They also did test the charger and this had a loose tip so replaced this like for like and best of all had this in stock, I had all this done and it was ready to pick up the next day. Awesome service and value for money. Thanks coywood, I will always use you guys from now on.

I purchased a Microsoft surface pro and surface pro 4 for mine and my colleagues surface pro at 2.30pm and the following day these had arrived at 9am which I wasn't expecting, not only have I saved money on these, but got there mega quick. We have been using these for a few days now and they work great, thanks and I have recommended you to more of my work colleagues as most of us have the surface pro, which I may add are a superb bit of kit.

Whilst Coywood are selling these charges at a much lower price than other suppliers I would encourage you not to by from this company. I purchased a Surface Pro 3 charger which arrived in good time however it got very warm from first use and the USB port did not work. Coywood kindly replaced the charger quickly however after 2 months of normal use the whire from the charger started to fray and come apart and once again the charger started to get very warm.
Despite my complaint to Coywood they did not agree that the damage was from normal wear and tear and refused to replace or refund. I will be raising this with Trading Standards and sending the charger to Microsoft to verify it is genuine.

I ordered a power pack for my laptop and paid for next business day delivery. I received someone else's order. Fare enough, mistakes happen. I called to notify them of the issue and ask for the correct item to be delivered. They said it would send it out again. As they hadn't met the next business day delivery I paid extra for I told them it was only fair they refund the express delivery fees and I was happy for them to pick up the wrong item.
Their attitude from here was appalling. They said they would only refund the delivery fee once I had posted them the item out of my own pocket. I told them I don't go anywhere near a post office so it isn't possible without me taking multiple busses and wasting a lot of time and going way out of my way to get to one. Their response was 'well we wont refund the delivery fees until we get our item from you.
Your fees are our security to get the item back. They said refused to pay for a courier to organize the collection of the wrong item they sent me. I was told other customers don't ask for refunds when they don't deliver the right items. When I said this was poor customer service they said I was just being argumentative and was unwilling to help them.
They said they would get someone to call me back shortly. Of course this never happened. I called again that afternoon and then the following day before they guy said 'fine, you don't want to help us, I'll refund the extra delivery fees and I guess we'll just take the loss' then hung up. I'll have to see if they actually do refund the fees.
I tried to be helpful by letting them know I received the wrong item and would have it ready for them if they would organize collection. I have never had a company tell me to mail their items back to them out of my own pocket because they made a mistake.

My wife's computer crashed. Ten years of business and personal documents GONE! Took it to Coywood st 9am desperate to get all the files back. Coywood fixed everything at a very reasonable price. 5pm everything back to normal. I can't recommend these guys enough. Very professional, very efficient. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great charger, identical to my current one, basically I was away on business and forgot my charger, I went into get another from PCs world, which is where I bought my notebook and they told me it was rare and they didn't have it, unbelievable really but "hey ho".
